3-3. Calibration procedure
Turn OFF hardware LOCK
Turn OFF the LOCK switch on the rear panel to enable calibration.
Release the setting value LOCK (Lock2) that prohibits calibration.
Set the units to display.
Set the decimal place.
Set the maximum value (weight) for use as a scale. " " over scale
is displayed if the value set here is exceeded by nine scale divisions.
Set the minimum measurement units (scale interval).
Set the load (weight) value to be placed onto the load cell (scale).
Or, set the weight value corresponding to the output value intended to be
registered in equivalent calibration.
Input the gravitational acceleration of the region where calibration will be
performed.
Register default zero
point
Register default zero point.
Apply a load to the load cell
to register the span.
Set the load cell output
value (mV/V).
Enable the settings that prohibit calibration.
Turn ON the LOCK switch on the rear panel to prohibit calibration.
