The t wo tw i ne retainers must be adjusted differentl y. When the twi ne
retainers are adjusted the same, twine wrapping is not uniform.
> Turn nut T1 and adjust the distance T1 to 5-6 mm.
> Turn nut T2 and adjust the distance T2 to 3-4 mm.
Twine on the edge of
the bale
Use the pins to adjust the distance of the twine on the edge of the bale.
The two pins must be adjusted to the same distance.
> Loosen the pi ns.
> Adjust the pi ns evenly to the desired di stance.
> Ti ght en the pins.
Adjusting the scraper
chain
The scraper chain must be adjusted.
Ther e must be a distance (V) of 44 mm.
> Turn the nut and adjust the distance (V) to 44 mm.
