Preface
Target group for
this operating
manual
This operating manual is directed at trained farmers and individuals
who are otherw i se qualif ied to perfor m agri cultur al activit ies and who
have received instruction on the handling of this implement.
For your safety
You must famil iarise yourself with the contents of this operating ma-
nual before asse mbly or initial operation of the im plem ent. In this way,
performance and work safety are opti mi sed. The operati ng manual i s
an integral part of the implement and must always be kept to hand.
This will allow:
•
accidents to be avoided,
•
the warranty conditions to be met,
•
a wel l - functi oni ng i mplement to remain in good worki ng order.
Training
Y our dealer will provide instruction on operation and care of the imple-
ment.
Em ploy er inf ormation
All personnel are to be regularly instructed on the use of the implement,
at least once annually, in accordance with the regulations of the national
organisation for Health and Safety at W ork. Untrained or unauthorised
persons are not allowed to use this implement.
They are personally responsible for the safe operation and mainte-
nance of the implement. Always ensure that all other personnel that
use or maintain the impl ement, or that w ork i n the immediate vicinity
of the i mpl ement, are famili ar w ith the operation and maintenance in-
structions and the relevant safety instructions from this operating ma-
nual.
