Maintenance
General
conditions
This information relates to general servicing work. For all servicing
work, the implement must be locked in operating position. If transport
position is required for maintenance work, you will find appropriate in-
formation for the maintenance work.
Direction
specifications
The direction specifications (right, left, front, rear) are meant in relation
to the direction of travel.
Rotary direction is defined as follows:

Task Explanation
Greasing Apply grease to the slide surfaces using a brush.
Lubricating One or two presses of the grease gun, if not stated otherwise
Oi li ng If not speci fied otherw ise, use only pl ant-based oi ls, such as rapeseed oi ls.
Used oil will endanger your health and in addition its use is strictly prohibited
Replacement Replace the appropri ate part in accordance wi th the dir ective in the section

Inspection Check as required the tyre pressure, adjusting dimensions and seal tight-
ness, and repl ace any worn parts or seal s
Observe the maintenance inter-
vals
The specif i cati ons rel ate to an average usage of the implement. If subjected
to heavier duty (e.g. by contracting companies), select the maintenance in-
tervals to be shorter . Also for extreme working conditions (for example heav y
dust production) shorter maintenance intervals are possible
