Hitching the implement

The implement attachment is provided with the fittings required to
hitch it to the tow jaw coupling of a tractor ex works.
The following work steps must be observed when coupling the imple-
ment:
•
The tractor and the implement must be standing on firm, secure,
level ground.
•
The drawbar must be adjusted.
•
The drawbar eye must be adjusted.
•
The drawbar must be coupled.
•
The AutoPlus-Pilotbox electrical connections must be connected.
•
The parki ng brake [+] must be connected.
•
The hydraulic tubes must be connected.
•
The pneumatic tubes [+] must be connected.
•
The l i ghti ng el ectrical connect i ons must be connected.
•
The sustainer must be inserted.
Manoeuvring
If the i mpl ement is equipped w ith the “l oad-dependent brake” acces-
sory , the following provisions must be carried out before manoeuv ring:
> Hitch the implement.
> Raise and secure the sustainer .
> Release the parking brake lever.
> Move the brake lever to the “released” position.
> Manoeuvre the implement.
> Move the brake lever to the “full load” position.
> Activ ate the parking brake lev er and secure the implement against
rol l i ng aw ay.
