With regard to data that we process on the basis of your
consent or in the context of contractual fulfilment, you have
the right to have said data transferred to yourself or a third
party in a standard, machine-readable format. If you require
the direct transfer of data to another responsible person,
this will only be done to the extent that it is technically fea-
sible.
In order to provide our services through the APP, we hereby
inform you that we do not require access to your device.
When you use our APP, we collect the following personal
data from you:
n E-mail address (stored in the master, Winkhaus has no
access to it).
n Bluetooth ID of the master is stored on the smartphone.
The processing of this personal data is necessary in order
to ensure the APP functionality. The legal basis for this data
processing is our legitimate interest within the meaning of
Article 6 (1f) DSGVO (Data Protection Act), your consent
within the meaning of Article 6 (1a) DSGVO (Data Protec-
tion Act) or - if a contract has been entered into - the fulfil-
ment of our contractual obligations (Article 6 (1b) DSGVO
(Data Protection Act)).
The storage period for the data acquired as a result is regu-
lated as follows: E-mail address is stored in the master and
can be deleted at any time.
If you contact us (e.g. using the contact form within the
app, by e-mail, telephone or fax), your enquiry, including all
resulting personal data (e.g. name, enquiry, asset number)
is stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing
your request. The processing of this data is based on Article
6 (1b) DSGVO (Data Protection Act), if your enquiry is
related to the fulfilment of a contract or if it is necessary to
carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the
processing is based on your consent (Article 6 (1a) DSGVO
(Data Protection Act)) and/or on our legitimate interests
(Article 6 (1f) DSGVO (Data Protection Act)), since we have
a legitimate interest in the eective processing of enquiries
that are addressed to us. The data sent by you to us using
the contact form remains with us until you ask us for its
deletion, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for
the data storage is omitted (e.g. after completion of your
enquiry). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular stat-
utory retention periods - remain unaected. We will not
share your information without first obtaining your consent.
