3 Transport and store
3.1 Labelling on the packaging
A transport label is axed to cover boxes containing
lithium-ion batteries. Damaged packaging and/or products
must not be transported or stressed with pressure.

vided on the transport label.
Observe the safety instructions for handling batteries.
3.2 Transport and unpack
ENVIRONMENT!
Hazard for the environment due to incorrect
disposal.
Packaging materials are valuable raw mate-
rials and can be re-used in many cases or
treated and recycled. The incorrect disposal
of packaging material can pose a risk to the
environment.
– Dispose of the packaging materials in an
environmentally friendly manner.
– Observe local disposal regulations. Con-
tract a specialist company to handle dis-
posal if necessary.
The locking system components are securely packed for
transportation. They will only function correctly if the pack-
aging is undamaged.
1. Check the packaging for damage.
2. Inform Customer Service immediately of any damage.
