11.2 Masterkey loss
Prerequisites:
n Masterkey has been lost.
n Active key which is to be converted into the Masterkey is
ready at hand.
n Activation card is ready at hand.
n Active keys for the locking system are at hand.
The following keys can be converted into the
Masterkey:
– New active key
– Active key in the locking system
1. Initialise Masterkey.

2. Read the notes in the app on adding the cylinder,
reader and key.

Reduced burglary protection due to lost
Masterkey, combined with newly config-
ured cylinder!
Add all cylinders to locking system again. The key data
is reconstructed automatically and does not need to
be added again.

The keys are displayed with the Wink-
haus UID only. The key names and any
key groups must be taken from the old
locking plan and added again.
4. Update active keys via the Identify key function.
