9 Install software updates
9.1 Transfer data to the Masterkey
A software update can install optimisations
on the Masterkey, cylinder, reader and all
active keys.
The required data are provided via the app.
The data are transferred to the Masterkey.
The Masterkey is then used to transfer the
data to the cylinders and the active keys.
If, it is detected during the initialisation of the
Masterkey or during login that the software
of the Masterkey is out of date, the software
update can be carried out.
NOTICE!
Damage caused by outdated software.
Outdated software can lead to malfunctions
and reduced burglary protection.
– Import software updates onto all compo-
nents in the locking system.
