Annotation - Page Number Screen
You can add a page number to copies.
1. From the Output Format tab, select Annotation and then
select Page Number.
2. Make a selection.
3. Select Save to keep your choices.
 Off
No page number is added.
 On
A page number is added.
 Style
You can select from the 6 numbers for the page.
• 1,2,...
Only page number is added.
• -1-,-2-,...
A hyphen is added to the left and right of the page number.
(Example: -1-)
• Page1, Page2,...
"Page" is added in front of the page number. (Example:
Page1, Page2)
• 1/N,2/N,...
The total number of pages is added to the right side of the
page number. (Example: 1/50, 2/50)
