• If the test print continues to fail the Charge Roller is likely defective, install a new Toner

tridge.

Initial Actions
• Ensure that the printer is level.
• Remove the Toner Cartridge. Rotate the Toner Cartridge 5-6 full rotations to redistribute
t
he toner.
• Check Supplies Life. Refer to GP
2, Machine Reports.
– Replace any components that have reached end of life.
Procedure
WARNING
Do not perform repair activities with the power on or electrical power supplied to the
machine. Some machine components contain dangerous electrical voltages that can
result in electrical shock and possible serious injury.
