Removal
WARNING
Do not perform repair activities with the power on or electrical power supplied to the
machine. Some machine components contain dangerous electrical voltages that can
result in electrical shock and possible serious injury.

1. Switch off the machine, then disconnect the power cord.
2. Remove the Right Side Cover, RE
P 2.2.
NOTE: When removing the HVPS PWB be careful not to lose the spring loaded contacts
between the Print Cartridge and the HVPS PWB.
3. Remove the HVPS PWB, F
igure 1:
a. Disconnect three connectors and the FFC on the HVPS PWB.
b. Remove six screws including the ground wire, then remove the HVPS PWB.

Replacement
Replacement is the reverse of the removal procedure.
