Setting Up the Email Address Book
Adding or Editing Contacts in the Email Address Book
1. At your computer, open a Web browser, in the address field, type the IP address of the printer, then
press Enter or Return.
Note: If you do not know the IP address of your printer, see Finding the IP Address of Your Printer on
page 12.
2. Click Address Book.
3. Under Scan to Email, click Email Address Book.
4. To add or edit a contact, next to the contact, click Add or Edit.
5. Type a name and email address.
6. Click Save Changes.
Adding or Editing Groups in the Email Address Book
1. At your computer, open a Web browser, in the address field, type the IP address of the printer, then
press Enter or Return.
Note: If you do not know the IP address of your printer, see Finding the IP Address of Your Printer on
page 12.
2. Click Address Book.
3. Under Scan to Email, click Email Groups.
4. To add or edit a group, next to the group, click Add or Edit.
5. Type a name for the group, then select contacts to add to the group.
6. Click Save Changes.
