11 MEASUREMENT RESULTTERMINOLOGY
11.1 WIRINGPHASEINDICATIONS
Forconvenience,measurementresultsforindividualwiringphasesaredenotedbytheuseofphaseletterlabelsintheXT2640.The
useoftheselabelsdependsontheWIRINGconfigurationsetting.
Allmeasurementresultsgivenforanindividualwiringphasearedenotedasfollows‐
øA,øB,øC,orøD Dataobtainedfromthe1st,2nd,3rdor4thchannelsinaVPArespectively;for3ø3w(2ch)WIRINGthisis
onlyusedforcurrentresultsandtheøCdataisthatobtainedfromthecombinationoftheøAandøB
data.
A,B,C,orD Dataobtainedfromthe1st,2nd,3rdor4thchannelsinaVPArespectively(onlywhenaVPAis
configuredforNx1øWIRING).
øAC DataobtainedforvoltageorpowerresultsbetweenøAandøC;for3ø3w(2ch)WIRINGthisisthedata

øBC DataobtainedforvoltageorpowerresultsbetweenøBandøC;for3ø3w(2ch)WIRINGthisisthedata
fromthe2ndchannelintheVPA,otherwisebetweenthe2ndand3rdchannelsinaVPA(voltageonly).
øAB DataobtainedforvoltageresultsbetweenøAandøB(i.e.the1stand2ndchannelsinaVPA,notused
whenaVPAisconfiguredforNx1øWIRING).
N DataobtainedforNeutralcurrentasmeasuredfromthecombinationofthechannelsinaVPA(only
whenaVPAisconfiguredfor2ø3wor3ø4wWIRING).
11.2 LEADING/LAGGINGDETERMINATION
WhetherthecurrentisleadingorlaggingthevoltageisdenotedbythedirectionofanarrowshownimmediatelyaftermostPFdata.
Ifthearrowispointingupwardsthenitisleading,ifdownwardsthenitislagging.
Foranindividualchannel,lead/lagisdeterminedfromthephaseofthefundamentalcurrent(ifavailable)orbyanalysisofthe
signalsbycomputingthepowerresultobtainedbyusingadelayedcurrentsignal(ifnofundamentalisavailable).
ForaVPAtotalthisisdeterminedfromthepolarityofthesumofthechannelVARresults.
