YoucanSTARTandmanuallystopalowpowermeasurementbypressingtheSTARTbutton(whichislabelledSTOPwhilea
measurementisbeingperformed).ThiscontrolslowpowermeasurementsinallchannelswithintheselectedVPA.
Note:
ForstrictaccordancewithEN50564:2011para.4.3thevoltagesourcetothedevicebeingmeasuredmayneedtobea
regulatedpowersourcewithlimitsonthevoltagelevelandstability,frequencyvalueandstability,voltagecrestfactorand
voltagedistortion.Itispossiblethatthelocalmainssupplymeetstheserequirements,butthisisoftennotthecase.Also,
theEN50564:2011requirementsforvoltagelevelandfrequencyareoftenoverriddenbyotherstandards,usuallycalling
forEN50564:2011measurementofpowerandimposinglimitsonthemeasurementresult,butwhicharespecifictolocal
supplyvoltagesorfrequenciesdifferenttothosedefinedinEN50564:2011.TheXT2640maintainsarecordofthevoltage
level,frequency,voltagecrestfactorandvoltageTHDduringalowpowermeasurementandreportstherangeofthese
measurementsencounteredduringthemeasurement,andalsoreportsifanyofthecrestfactororTHDrequirementsare
exceededbycoloringthedataredifthoseEN50564:2011requirementsareexceeded,buttheXT2640doesnotstopalow
powermeasurementnorotherwisepreventtheuserfromrecordingthefinalmeasurementresult.
YoudonothavetoremainontheSTBYPOWERscreenduringthemeasurement.Themeasurementwillautomatically
progresswhetherthisscreenisbeingdisplayedornot.
ThemeasurementholdcapabilityoftheXT2640isnotappliedtotheSTBYPOWERresults.
Thefollowingdataisshownineachoftheresultsareasonthisscreen,listedinorderfromtoptobottomineacharea.Exceptforthe
