Mounting the hydraulic hammer
VORSICHT
CAUTION
Danger due to unsuitable equipment made by other
companies
Using unsuitable products from other manufacturers may
result in damage to the machine or to the product in
question. Risk of mixing up hydraulic hammers.
Z Only use hydraulic hammers approved by Yanmar.
Z The mounting and operating instructions provided by the
hydraulic hammer manufacturer must be observed.
Z Neither the permissible capacity in liters in the hammer
supply line nor the permissible operating pressure of the
hammer (= pressure at hammer entry during operation) may
be exceeded. The hydraulic circuit of the hammer must be
secured according to the instructions of the hydraulic
hammer manufacturer. If malfunctions should occur during
operation, the auxiliary control circuit of the machine is fitted
with a pressure relief function as standard.
Z Connect the feed and return of the hammer correctly, note
operating direction (dial).
Z When working in or under water, special hammer
attachments must be used.

Machine parts may move by accident.
Work attachments may fall down. Danger of serious injury.
Z Wear protective clothing.
Z Always begin by ensuring that work attachments will not tilt.
Z Do not enter the danger area.
Z Once work attachments have been removed, they must be
secured against tilting and overturning to avoid possible
injuries to persons.
