5. CLEAR TORALENCE OUTPUT
OFF all the universal output signals designated to DRESS LENGTH,
DRESS TIME, STARTING TORQUE and DRESSING TORQUE when a
specified CLEAR TORALENCE OUTPUT is changed from OFF to ON.
