Teach the manipulator operation position
Clear the base positions.
(Refer to chapter 1.12.3)
Register the base position (fixed side) by
dry spot touch motion.
(Refer to chapter 1.12.2.1.)
Perform welding
Tip dressing
Calculate the wear amount for movable and fixed side tips.
Tip replacement
Outputting a tip replacement request signal
(only when specified).
When the wear amount is
less than the allowable value.
Read the position by dry spot touch motion.
(Refer to 1.12.2.1.)
Read the position by movable side tip detecting motion.
(Refer to 1.12.2.2.)
Register the base position (movable side) by
dry spot movable side tip detecting motion
(Refer to chapter 1.12.2.2.)
Mount a new tip
