Function Generates a standard event OPC when the
execution of all previous commands is
completed.

Function Queries the completion of the execution of all
previous commands, and returns ASCII code “1”
if it is.

*WAI
Function Waits for the completion of the overlap
command.
Syntax *WAI
Example *WAI
Description The GS610 actually does nothing, because the
GS610 does not support overlap commands.
