Press SYSTEM.
On Models without the LXI Option (/C8 and /C10)

Press these soft keys: Network > Net Print Setup.
On Models with the LXI Option (/C9 and /C12)

Press these soft keys: Network > Client Setup > Net Print Setup.
Setting the Printer Server Name and Share Name

Press the Print Server soft key.
A dialog box is displayed for setting the printer server name.

Set the printer server name.

Press the Share Name soft key.
A dialog box is displayed for setting the printer server’s share name.

Set the printer server’s share name.
Setting the User Name and Password for Connecting to the Network

Press the User Name soft key.
The user name entry screen appears.
8.
Specify a user name using 30 characters or fewer.
9.
Press the Password soft key.
The password entry screen appears.
10.
Specify a password corresponding to the user name using up to 30 characters.
