module is not the revision required by the module (see
parameter 51.32 FBA comm sw ver) or mapping file upload
has failed more than three times.

51.32 FBA comm sw ver Displays the common program revision of the adapter
module in format axyz, where a = major revision number, xy
= minor revision numbers. z = correction letter.
Example: 190A = revision 1.90A.
