Location of the brake release points
The brake release points are located on each axis as shown in the figure. The
numbers correspond to the axis number.
The holding brake on axis 6 can not be released manually. If axis 6 needs to be
moved, release the holding brake on another proper axis instead.

Releasing the brakes
This procedure describes how to release the holding brakes using the brake release
tool.
Note
The manipulator needs to be powered and motors in state Motors OFF. Do not
release the brakes in automatic operating mode.
