Preparations before securing the axis-5 motor

For robots with protection type Clean Room1
For robots with food grade lubrication
For robots with protection type Hygienic
Clean the joints that have been opened and wipe
the parts free from particles with spirit on a lint
free.
Check that:
• all assembly surfaces are clean and without
damages
• the motor is clean and undamaged.

Screws: 3HAB3409-212 (M4x16).

Place the motor at its mounting position and
fasten the attachment screws and washers just
enough to still be able to move the motor.

Note
Only use specified screws, never
replace them with other screws.
