To remove the display assembly
1 Perform the previous procedures:
• “To remove the cabinet” on page 80
• “To remove the main shield” on page 89
• “To remove the front panel assembly” on page 83
2 Using a small flat blade screw driver, gently pry the display
and backlight inverter cables to disconnect them from the
system board.
Note the cable routing through the system board for
reinstallation.
