NOTE Unused bits in any of the registers return 0 when you read them.
SRQ, The Service Request
A service request (SRQ) occurs when a bit in the Status Byte
register goes from 0
1 AND the corresponding bit in the Service
Request Enable Mask is set.
The Request Service (RQS) bit is set to 1 at the same time that the
SRQ is caused. This bit can only be reset by reading it by a serial
