Using the removable oven door
All LVO GCs ship with a removable oven door that allows easier
access to the oven.
To remove the oven door:
1 Cool the GC oven to ambient temperature.
2 Open the oven door, then turn the top hinge lever to unlock
it. See Figure 2.

3 Pull the top hinge lever down and tilt the top of the door out
to release the top pin from the hinge.
4 Using both hands, carefully lift off the oven door from the
lower oven door pin and remove the door from the GC.
To install the oven door:
1 Using both hands, carefully place the over door onto the
lower door pin.
2 Tilt the door up and under the upper hinge, then engage the
top pin into the hinge.
3 Lock the lever.
To prevent personal injury, when removing the door, take care to
adequately support the door using both hands or a second person.
Failure to properly support the door could cause it to fall.
