Testing services with a connected call
aurora
Sonata
allows you to test the following supplementary
services when you have an established connection:
• Call Waiting
• Call Hold/Retrieve
• Three Party Call
• Explicit Call Transfer
• Malicious Call Identification
• Call Suspend/Resume (Terminal Portability)
With a connected call, you can also use the Keypad facility to
test supplementary services. See Testing services using the
Keypad later in this section for details.
To display the list of available supplementary services:

Connect a test call as normal. aurora
Sonata
displays the Connected window.
