8Maintenance
Exchange the Gripper Arm
3 Identify the slot for blocking the gripper arm rotation on
the left side of the transport arm (1) and the gripper arm
release button (2).
4 Place the hex key (1.5 mm) into the slot and rotate the
gripper arm slightly to the left or right until you find the
block position.
5 Press in the gripper arm release button and carefully
rotate the gripper arm approximately 40
– 50 ° to the
right, while firmly holding the hex key in place.
You should feel that the lock mechanism releases the
gripper arm.
6 Remove the gripper arm and the hex key.
With firmware version D.07.28 or older, it is recommended
to turn off the sampler to complete the rest of the proce
-
dure.
