Gateway Enables you to set the Gateway for your analyzer. If IP Config is set to DHCP, this key is
unavailable and the Gateway is automatically assigned if the Host Name is recognized by the
network. So the displayed setting is not used.
The Gateway is an IP Address that identifies the network gateway through which your instrument
will be connected to the network. A Gateway is a device used to interconnect networks, subnets, or
other network devices:
Gateways allow networks using different communications protocols to transfer information.
Equivalent to a router, a gateway is an intelligent device used to connect two or more networks
at the upper protocol layers of the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) reference model.
The networks can use different protocols and different physical media.
Save Saves the IP Admin data you have created. When you save this data, you will be required to
reboot the analyzer for your changes to take effect.
Display Settings Displays the menu keys used to set the screen saver function to active and
the time delay before the screen saver activates. You can set this time delay to different
values depending on the power source, battery or external DC power supply.
Screen Save (Battery) Displays the table used to set the screen saver function to active and the
time delay before the screen saver activates. You use this key to set the time delay when you are
operating the analyzer on the internal battery or batteries. You can set Screen Save to Disabled, or
to enabled with time intervals of 15 s., 30 s., 1 to 5 min. (in 1 min. intervals), 10 min., 15 min.,
