Meas Off (Spectrum Analyzer) Measurement
Mode
Limit Mask 1 (upper) or Limit Mask 2 (Lower)
Limit Mask 1 (upper) access the upper limit mask keys.
Limit Mask 2 (Lower) access the lower limit mask keys.
You can define a limit mask that matches your maximum or minimum measurement
requirements. This mask can then be compared with the measured trace data to determine
pass/fail conditions.
Limit Trace
Selects the trace to which the currently selected limit mask (1 or 2) will be applied. The limit masks
can be applied to separate traces. Only 2 traces are available in the Stimulus Response mode
(compared to 4 traces in the Spectrum Analyzer Mode).

Notes
The Limit Masks SCPI command syntax uses:
The keyword “LMASk[1]” to define the Upper limit mask.
The keyword “LMASk2” to define the Lower limit mask.
