Production Codes
Use this function to enter the production codes for the Moisture Generator
and dryer.
Generator
The production code for the Moisture Generator is required for proper
operation of the analyzer. This number contains the nominal output of the
device, which is used to determine the analyzer span settings.
Reference Dryer
The dryer production code is required for proper operation of the analyzer.
This number contains the dryer capacity value, which is used to estimate
the life expectancy of the device. The options are single (one dryer) or
double (two dryers).
If you are using an analyzer equipped with a single dryer you will select
Single and enter the Production Code. If you are using an analyzer
equipped with two dryers you will select Double and enter the Produc-
tion Code.
Use caution, as entering a “new” value informs the analyzer that a
new dryer has been installed in the reference leg of the analyzer. The
remaining dryer capacity is reset when a new number is entered.
