Step Cause Remedy

Connection failure of modem flat
cable
Check the connection of the modem flat
cable, and reconnect it if necessary.

Connection failure of modem FG
harness
Screw tighten the screws of the modem FG
harness.

Line cord breakage Replace the line cord.

Modem PCB failure Replace the modem PCB ASSY.

Main PCB failure Replace the main PCB ASSY.
