Save / Save as … Save the marked project.
If no project name is displayed on the title bar, the new project exists only
in the working memory as current project. It has to be saved to a project
file.
Without saving it to a file, the current project can serve as clipboard during
the work session.
Add to project Data can be sent to project area from every workspace.
Click & Drag Spectra and images can be dragged with the mouse directly into the
desired project line. This way the project tree can be organized by hand.
To drag a spectrum, start from the spectrum list.
This icon at the end of the project line opens an information dialog that
shows the measurement conditions and offers the opportunity to give a
name for the project or to add a comment.
6.2.3.1 Starting a new project
To start a new project open the Import/Export menu of the screen area Project ( icon in line
with the word “Project”) and click the option New. Select an element of the project and click at
the end of the element line to enter your user data and, if desired, a comment.
Instead of a project name, (mod.) will be displayed on the title bar indicating that the new project
exists only in the working memory as current project. Open the Import/Export menu to save the
current project to a project file.
Without saving it to a file, the current project can serve as clipboard during the work session.
Note
Existing projects must be saved to project files before starting a new project in
order to keep the data.
