Message Reason for Appearance
80-31 System Error
• Gas cylinder shut o valve is not open enough to
provide adequate ow. If necessary, open the valve
approximately another half turn.

Gas ow from gas cylinder was
insucient. To improve gas ow, the
cylinder valve should be opened further.
80-32 System Error
• Channel X is defective. Choose another channel.

A defective solenoid on Channel X was
detected; another channel should be
selected.
80-33 System Error
• Defective MTS in channel [X]. Replace with a new
MTS.
