V5000
Consider the following key points when installing V5000:
1. Use the recommended grounding and LPU connections.
2. Use the recommended cables for interfacing ODU (refer to the supported power supply and cable
length details in the Power supply units (PSU) section).
3. Always install the ODU 0.5 meters below the tip of the pole.
Figure 70 shows a typical installation of cnWave DN on a mast and powered through outdoor AC/DC
PSU.
