10) Turn on the power switch.
11) Turn on SW2-1 and -3 on the service PCB and then press the push switch PSW1 3 (three) times to stop the mini gripper at
the vertical position.
12) Turn off the main switch and unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
13) Remove the filter case unit.

14) Remove the glue transport stay.
