ELECTRONIC TALLEY ROLL (ETR) FILE, CONT.
3. Electronic Talley Roll
With the Configure Weight Server screen displayed, press the E key or use the Navigation
Keys to select (highlight) Electronic Talley Roll and then press the ENTER key.
The display will change to show the Select ETR Range screen.
Select ETR Range
From:
With the Select ETR Range screen displayed, the setting for From: (the ETR range
starting number) will be shown. If the number displayed is acceptable, press the
Down Arrow to proceed to the To: parameter.
Otherwise, use the numeric keys to enter the ETR starting number and then press the
Down Arrow to “advance” to the To: parameter.
To:
With the Select ETR Range screen displayed, the setting for To: (the ETR range ending
number) will be shown. If the number displayed is acceptable, press the ENTER key to
proceed to the ETR Report screen.
Otherwise, use the numeric keys to enter the ETR ending number and then press the
ENTER key to proceed to the ETR Report screen.
Output:
With the Select ETR Range screen displayed, the current setting for the Output:
parameter will be shown. If the setting displayed is acceptable, press the ENTER key to
proceed to the ETR Report screen.
Otherwise, press the SPACE key to toggle its status (select View or Print).
If Print is selected, press the Down Arrow to advance to the next parameter and then
press the SPACE key to select the Output port. Available output ports are:
When the desired output port has been selected, press the ENTER key to proceed to the
ETR Report screen.
