TROUBLESHOOTING
The 825 is equipped with diagnostic software that tests various portions of the indicator's
circuitry and verifies proper operation. Should a problem be detected, an error or status
message will be displayed alerting the operator to that condition. The following lists these
status messages and errors and their meaning.
Weight Status Messages (Displayed concurrently with weight)
MOTION
The scale is in motion based on motion range parameter.
BELOW ZERO
The gross scale weight reading is below zero.
CENTER ZERO
The gross scale weight reading is at center of zero.
Weight Status Messages (Displayed in place of weight)
OVER CAPACITY
The scale weight is over capacity (104% of calibrated capacity).
WEIGHT ERROR
Weight input signal is out of acceptable range. This may indicate a disconnected or failing
load cell.
IMPORTANT! The Totalizer display shows the individual weighing element status
in abbreviated form MO = MOTION, BZ = BELOW ZERO, CZ = CENTER
ZERO, OVERCAP = OVER CAPACITY. The Total weight display status is
displayed as above.
