OPERATORS
The Model 825 supports up to eight operators. One operator, the Administrator has full access
to all functions and features of the 825. The remaining seven can be configured to allow or
prevent access to various functions and features. Note that only the login name and password
can be changed for the Administrator operator.
1. Press the ON/OFF key to apply power to the 825. The display will perform a short self-test
and then change to the Startup screen showing the software versions and status of the
option cards.
2. Press the Navigation Keys Down Arrow to “advance” to (highlight) the Legal
metrology information / Setup option and then press the ENTER key or press the
3 key to select the Legal metrology information / Setup option. The display will
change to show the Legal metrology information / Setup screen.
NOTE: If the Login and Password protection feature has been enable, the
Login screen will be displayed instead of the Legal metrology
information / Setup screen. Enter the login (ADMIN) and then press the
Down Arrow to advance to the password prompt. Enter the password and then
press the ENTER key to proceed to the Legal metrology information / Setup.
3. From the Legal metrology information / Setup screen, press the 3 key or use the Navigation
Keys to select (highlight) 3. Setup menu and then press the ENTER key.
4. With the Setup Menu displayed, press the 7 key or use the Navigation Keys to select
(highlight) 7. Operators and then press the ENTER key. The display will change to
show the Setup Operators screen.
