PREFERENCES, CONT.
Date Format:
With the Setup preferences screen displayed the current setting for the Date Format:
parameter will be shown. If the setting displayed is acceptable, proceed to the next
parameter.
Otherwise, press the SPACE key to step through and select the date format and then
press the  Down Arrow to advance to the next parameter or press the ENTER key to
save the new setting and return to the previous screen. The formats available are:
Day Month Year
Year Month Day
Month Day Year
Date Separator:
With the Setup preferences screen displayed the current setting for the
Date Separator: parameter will be shown. If the setting displayed is acceptable,
proceed to the next parameter.
Otherwise, use the alphanumeric keys to enter a new character for the date separator
and then press the  Down Arrow to advance to the next parameter or press the ENTER
key to save the new setting and return to the previous screen.
Time Format:
With the Setup preferences screen displayed the current setting for the Time Format:
parameter will be shown. If the setting displayed is acceptable, proceed to the next
parameter.
Otherwise, press the SPACE key to toggle between the 12 Hour or 24 Hour time format
and then press the  Down Arrow to advance to the next parameter or press the ENTER
key to save the new setting and return to the previous screen.
Time Separator:
With the Setup preferences screen displayed the current setting for the
Time Separator: parameter will be shown. If the setting displayed is acceptable,
proceed to the next parameter.
Otherwise, use the alphanumeric keys to enter a new character for the time separator
and then press the  Down Arrow to advance to the next parameter or press the ENTER
key to save the new setting and return to the previous screen.
a.m.:
With the Setup preferences screen displayed the current setting for the a.m.: parameter
will be shown. If the setting displayed is acceptable, proceed to the next parameter.
Otherwise, use the alphanumeric keys to specify the text for a.m. time and then press the
 Down Arrow to advance to the next parameter or press the ENTER key to save the
new setting and return to the previous screen.
