4-OPERATINGINSTRUCTIONS
Startingtheengine
Whentheoperatorsitsintheseattheinstrumentclusterpanelwilllightallfunctionsforabout3s,duringthistimethe
instrumentclusterisself-checkingtheelectricalcircuits.Alllightswillgooffexcepttheparkingbrakeandthefasten
seatbeltlightwillashuntiltheseatbeltisbuckledand/ortherestraintbarislowered.Theinstrumentclusterwill
sensethisandthefastenseatbeltlightwillgooffallowingtheoperatortostartthemachine.
NOTICE:Ifthemachineistobeoperatedinconsistentlylowtemperatures,contactyourdealerforthecorrectoil.
NOTICE:ALWAYSallowtheengineandhydraulicsystemtowarmupbeforeapplyingaload.
NOTICE:Iftheenginedoesnotstartwithin30s,allowthestartertocoolforoneminuteandthenbegintheprocedure
again.
Starttheengine:
1.Adjusttheseat,fastentheseatbelt,andlowertherestraintbar.
2.Placethecontrolleversintheneutralposition.
3.Ifapplicable,puttheHighFlow(HF)/HighPressure(HP)switchinthestandardow(center)position.
4.Increasethethrottletoapproximately1/8throttle.
5.Soundthehorntoalertothersofyourintentions.Followtheapplicablesystemstartprocedure.
Keylesssystemstart:
6.PressthePOWERbutton.
7.Monitortheinstrumentclusterlamps.Iftheenginepreheatlampilluminates,waituntilthelampisoffbeforeyou
starttheengine.
8.PressandholdtheSTARTbuttonuntiltheenginestarts.DonotholdtheSTARTbuttonforlongerthan30s.
9.Afterstartingtheengine,monitortheindicatorlightsandconrmthatthemachinefunctionsarenormal.
Keyedsystemstart:
6.TurnthekeyswitchtotheRUNposition.
7.Monitortheinstrumentclusterlamps.Iftheenginepreheatlampilluminates,waituntilthelampisoffbeforeyou
starttheengine.
8.TurnandholdthekeyintheSTARTpositionuntiltheenginestarts.DonotholdthekeyintheSTARTpositionfor
longerthan30s.
9.Afterstartingtheengine,monitortheindicatorlightsandconrmthatthemachinefunctionsarenormal.
