NOTICE:Whenservicingthereservoiritisimportanttopreventcontamination.Cleanthecomponentsandallareas
aroundthecomponentstohelpreducetheriskofcontamination.
1.Parkthemachineonarm,levelsurfacewithsafeac-
cessallaround.
2.Lowertheloaderarmsdownontheground.
3.Liftenginecompartmenthoodandopentherearac-
cessdoor,engagelock.
4.Locatethehydraulicoilllcap(1)andthehydraulicoil
level.(2).
NOTE:Seethetopgureforradialliftmachinesandthe
bottomgureforverticalliftmachines.
5.Checktheuidlevel.Theoillevelshouldbewithinthe
middleonethirdofthesightglass(2).
6.Ifoilneedstobeadded:
A.Cleanthellercapandtheareaaroundthecapto
reducetheriskofcontamination.
B.SlowlyturnthellercapcounterclockwisebutDO
NOTremovethecapuntilpressureisrelieved.
C.Removethellercapandaddoilasrequired.
D.Watchthesiteglassforproperlevel.
E.Replacethecap.
NOTE:Alwaysremovethellercapslowly.
