Theunitisequippedwitharetractableseatbelt(1)that
shouldbewornatalltimes.
Alwayssecurelyfastenyourseatbeltbeforeoperatingthe
machine.Carefullyinspecttheseatbeltsatregularsix-
monthintervalsforpropertandfunction,oil-soakedor
stainedwebbing,webfrayingandcorrosion.Replacethe
seatbeltassemblyimmediatelyifdamagesuchasworn
ordamagedhardware,nickedorfrayedstrap,buckleor
retractormalfunction,orloosestitchingisfound.Ifsuch
damageorwearisnotfound,someseatbeltmanufactur-
ersrecommendreplacementoftheseatbelteverythree
years.
Thebeltcanbecleanedwithclean,soapywater.Do
notusesolvents,bleach,ordyeonthebeltastheymay
weakenit.

end(1)intothebuckleend(3)untila"click"indicatesitis
fullyengaged.
Toreleasethebelt,pushtheredreleasebutton(2)onthe
buckleandpullthetonguefromthebuckle.
