OperatingInstructions
Beforeeachoperatingperiod,itistheresponsibilityoftheoperatortoconrmthatthe
machineissafeandserviced.
Duringtherst20hofoperation,makesuretodothe
following:
1.Ifpossible,operatetheengineatintermittentheavy
loadsandenginespeedsforthisperiodtoensure
properenginebreak-in.
2.Keeptheengineatnormaloperatingtemperature.
3.Donotruntheengineatidlespeedsforlongperiods
oftime.
4.Duringtherst20hbreak-inperiod,checktheoillevel
atapproximately1hintervals.Oilconsumptionmay
behigherduringtheinitialbreak-inperiod.
5.Itisrecommendedthattheoperatorruntheengineat
fullthrottlewhenoperatingconditionspermit.
NOTICE:Aftertherst50hofoperation,changetheen-
gineoilandlter.
Wheelbolts
Ifthemachineisneworifawheelisremovedforservice,checkandtightenthewheelboltsevery2hofoperation
untiltheyremaintight.Ifthemachineisequippedwithstampedcenterwheels,thelugnutswillbetapered.Tighten
eachlugnuttoatorqueof162.7–196.6N·m(120–145lbft).
Ifthemachineisequippedwithsolidcenterwheels,thelugnutswillbeanged.Tighteneachlugnuttoatorqueof,
189.8–223.7N·m(140–165lbft).
