Theseatswitch,restraintbar,loaderarm,andbucketinterlockpreventstheoperationofloaderarmandbucket
functionfrommovementiftheoperatorraisestherestraintbarorleavestheseatwiththeignitionswitchon.
Checktheinterlockoperation:
1.Enterthemachine,sitintheseat,connecttheseatbelt,
andlowertherestraintbar.
2.Starttheengineandrunatidlespeed.
3.Makesurethattheloaderarmiscompletelyloweredto
thegroundandtheattachmentisempty.
4.Pushtheoperatebuttontoactivatethehydraulicand
grounddrivesystems.
5.Engagetheparkbrake,pushtheParkBrakebuttonon
theright-handcontrollever.
6.Operatetheloaderarmandbucketcontrolstoensure
theyfunctionproperly.
7.Raisetherestraintbarandattempttomovetheloader
armandbucketcontrols.Theoperationshouldbe
locked.
8.Lowertherestraintbar,andpushtheOperateButton
toreactivatethehydraulicfunctions.
9.Operatetheloaderarmandbucketcontrolstoensure
theyfunctionproperly.
10.Liftyourselffor5swithnomorethan25mm(1in)
offtheseatandattempttomovetheloaderarmand
bucketcontrols.Theoperationshouldbelocked.
11.Ifthecontrolsarenotlockedproperly,contactyour
dealerforassistance.Donotoperatethemachine
untilthefaultisresolved.
