Returningthebucketloadtotheloadingposition
Immediatelyafterthebuckethasbeenfullydumped,begintherollbackcycleasthemachineisbackedawayfrom
thedumpsite.Repositioningthebucketforthellingcyclewhileloweringtheliftarmsisagoodtimesaver.Fine
adjustmentsinbucketheightcanbemadeastheskidsteerbeginsforwardonthellingcycle,therebysavingaperiod
ofdeadtimebetweenthedumpingandllingcycles.
Dozingwiththebucket
Theskidsteercanbeusedfordozingbycontrollingthetiltofthebucket.
Theskidsteercanbeusedforleveling,byplacingthebucketinthedumppositionandbackdraggingloosesoil.The
tiltofthebucketwillcontroltheamountofsoilthatismoved.
Placetheliftarmcontrolvalvespoolinthedetentpositiontoallowthebuckettofollowthegroundcontouranddeposit
soilinthelowareas.

Dislodgingmiredmachine
Inmostcases,whenamachinebecomesboggeddown,thebucketcanbeusedtopushtheloadertomoresolid
ground.Whenthisisdone,thebucketisinthefullydumpedpositionandtheliftarmsarelowered.Thebucketisthen
curledbackasthesteeringcontrolleversarepulledback.Whenthebuckethasstrokedoutofgroundengagement,
immediatelyreturnthesteeringcontrolleverstoneutral.DONOTspinthewheels.Repeatthiscycleasnecessary
tomovethemachinetosolidground.
