Relievepressurebeforedisconnectingat-
tachmenthoses
NOTICE:Beforeremovingattachments,makesurethat
yourelievepressurefromthehydraulicsystemBEFORE
disconnectingtheauxiliaryhoses.Ifthepressureisnot
relieved,youWILLNOTbeabletoreattachhoses.
1.Lowertheloaderarmallthewaydownandensure
thattheloaderarmorattachmentisnotsupporting
theweightofthemachinewiththefrontwheelsoffthe
ground.
2.Placeallcontrolsintheneutralposition.
3.PresstheOperatebuttontodeactivatethehydraulic
systemandgrounddrivesystem.
4.Stoptheengine.
5.Movethecontrolstoensurethatthehydraulicinterlock
isengagedandtheloaderarmandbucketcylindersdo
notmove.
6.Raisetherestraintbar,unfastentheseatbelt,and
safelyexitthemachine.
7.Priortodisconnectingtheattachmenthoses,grab
eachhoseandpushittowardtheConnect-Un-
der-Pressure(CUP)valve.Whendoneproperly,the
couplingwillmoveabout6.00mm(0.24in),relieving
anystoredpressureinthatcircuit.Repeatonthe
outsidehose/coupling.

8.Disconnecttheattachmenthydraulichosesfromthe
Connect-Under-Pressure(CUP)valvequickdiscon-
nects.
9.Installthecouplerportcovers,ifavailable.
