Outbound Traffic Rules
Outbound traffic rules define which outgoing network traffic is allowed from endpoint
computers.
Select an Action:
Action Description
Allow any outbound traffic Allows all outgoing traffic from the endpoint
computer.
Allow outbound traffic to trusted zones
and common internet protocols
Allow all traffic to trusted zones and traffic of
common internet protocols to the internet.
The rules required for the selected Action are automatically added to the Outbound firewall
rules Rule Base.
Right-click an Action to see the Outbound firewall rules Rule Base. You can add, delete, and
change rules as necessary.
Note - There is no Source column in an Outbound Rule Base because the source of
all traffic is the endpoint computer.
