You can use the Voice tab > Info page to view information about the ATA device.
With some variations, depending on the model, this page includes the following
sections:
Product Information section, on page 111
System Status section, on page 112
Line Status section, on page 112
System Information section (PAP2T), on page 115
PSTN Line Status section (SPA3102), on page115
Trunk Status section (SPA8000), on page 118
NOTE The fields on the Info page are read-only and cannot be edited.
Product Information section
Product Name Model number/name.
Serial Number Serial number.
Software Version Software version number.
Hardware Version Hardware version number.
MAC Address MAC address.
Client Certificate Status of the client certificate, which can indicate if the ATA
device has been authorized by your ITSP.
Customization For a Remote Configuration (RC) unit, this field indicates
whether the unit has been customized or not. Pending
indicates a new RC unit that is ready for provisioning. If the
unit has already retrieved its customized profile, this field
displays the name of the company that provisioned the
unit.
