Transmission of electronic value with request for engine speed. Source value SpeedReq RPM is in same
resolution as ECU value SPN 898 and therefore no conversion needed.

The integer input is transmitted to the ECU, where is expected to be value with one decimal place. The
source value factually takes the same values as the target value (0-100%).
Normalization output saves us the work of adaptation values, otherwise we would have to use PLC and
number converted to the expected number of decimal places.
